Covenant Health & Wellness Center is a team of health care providers and support staff dedicated to providing excellent care and advancing the science of medicine.  We accomplish this through traditional outpatient evaluation and interventions; unique opportunities for individuals to participate in clinical studies, which utilize the most recent advances in medical sciences; and educational instruction, resources, and programs.
