malibu pilates, has anyone used one before?
Just bought a malibu pilates chair and was wondering whether anyone has used one and if it has worked for them, also do you follow the dvd's or just do it yourself?

Yes, I have a Malibu Pilates Chair with the handles on it, at first I used the DVD's , but now I just do it on my own. You will find muscles that you never knew you had, some of the exercises in the beginning were soo hard I could barely do them! I love the mountain climber exercise, it gives you great legs! I love my chair, use it all the time, you really get a good muscle workout, also , make sure you are breathing correctly and do the exercises properly.
I would suggest using the DVD's at first , and then do whatever you feel like doing. The DVD's will teach you how to do the exercises properly.
